7. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and promote our products and services.
8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
9. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and lead conversion rates.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
6. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
