Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.

2. Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
5. Assist in lead management by qualifying leads and transferring them to the appropriate sales representatives.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and promote our products and services.
8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
9. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and lead conversion rates.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
