*Job Overview* We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

*Responsibilities*

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information about services

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

- Upsell additional products or services where applicable

- Follow established guidelines, scripts, and compliance protocols while interacting with customers.

- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.

- Recommend relevant products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and collecting feedback for service improvements.

*Qualifications*

- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

- Strong data entry skills

- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
