Job Description

Responsibilities:
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to eligible members to communicate MTM information
Utilize Prime’s MTM(Medication Therapy Management) process management system to record member-specific information
Assess beneficiary information to ensure an appropriate level of intervention is scheduled with the appropriate MTM(Medication Therapy Management) clinician (Pharmacist or Nurse)
Address and triage queries regarding MTM-related Medicare Part D topics by transferring calls to MTM staff or other Prime Therapeutics department helplines
Receive inbound calls from beneficiaries to schedule MTM clinician interventions in a manner that meets the specialized needs of the targeted population and is Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliant
Document MTM eligibility and program status in the applicable software systems (i.e. MSA Toolbox, RX Claim)

Qualifications/years of experience:
Proficiency in typing and Windows platforms required; experience with Excel, mail merging, etc. a plus
Candidates should have a collaborative spirit, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work well on a fast-paced professional team
Clear communication is necessary
Candidates should be comfortable interacting on the phone
Ability to be successful in an ‘individual-based working environment yet work as part of an overall team. Positive attitude, self-sufficient, goal-oriented
Success Metrics can change based on the platform but will be communicated with each employee
Workload is planned for ~85+ calls/day
