Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 

Key Responsibilities: 
l Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. 
l Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes. 
l Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude 
l Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints 
l Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience 
l Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 
l Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or manager 
l Continuously improve through feedback, training, and self-development 

Requirements: 
l High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) 
l Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative 
l Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 
l Excellent communication and presentation skills 
l Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
