Job Description

Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries for moving services along with coordination with multiple crews via calls, email, and text messages for USA moving and delivery business
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions, and customer accounts, and file documents
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools
Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
