WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL and passion to solve complex problems at SAADAA. We want someone who will be able to handle customer queries and make them a part of the brand
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Verification of customer's orders with the purchased product and address with pin code
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
WHO YOU ARE?
- Having customer service experience is a valuable asset.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional languages being a bonus.
- Demonstrates a result-driven mindset and quick learning abilities.
- Comfortable with utilizing technology.
- Possesses solid knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel, providing an added advantage.
- Proficient in troubleshooting customers' issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills.
- Works effectively within a team.
- Maintains patience and a soft-spoken demeanour.
- Capable of handling irate customers.
- Able to comprehend and follow provided instructions.
