Job Description
Job Description:We are currently looking to hire 10 to 15 people to be a part of our amazing customer service team. This is an exciting job opportunity and we are looking to hire applicants who enjoy working in a challenging and fun environment.
Skill Set Required :
Excellent Communication Skills in English Good Understanding ability. The associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer. Accountable for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer careteam. He will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accuratelyusing Call Tracking System. Responsibility of monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returnsare done in a timely fashion. His responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a Roles & Responsibilities:
Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards. Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue orif that issue requires managerial input. Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
5 Working Days (Sat-Sun Off)Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
