Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Following up with the client for deficient documents in the claims
- Calling the member to explain the query raised by medical team & helping them understand the same
- Guiding the members to procure documents
- Sending the reminders to members at regular intervals
For procuring the documents
- Following up with doctorâs team for closure of the DR docs.
- Intimating employees about the incompleteness of the submitted documents in case of deficiency persists after DR submission
- Coordination with brokers & employees wherever required.
Qualification: Any Graduate can Apply
Work Experience: Minimum 1 yr experience
