Key responsibilities:

  • Following up with the client for deficient documents in the claims
  • Calling the member to explain the query raised by medical team & helping them understand the same
  • Guiding the members to procure documents
  • Sending the reminders to members at regular intervals

For procuring the documents

  • Following up with doctor’s team for closure of the DR docs.
  • Intimating employees about the incompleteness of the submitted documents in case of deficiency persists after DR submission
  • Coordination with brokers & employees wherever required.

Qualification: Any Graduate can Apply

Work Experience: Minimum 1 yr experience
