Position is responsible for resolving customer issues.
Handling Customer Queries (E-mail Support)
Respond to any claims submitted by customers.
Respond to Customer Emails
Facilitate Support Tickets
During this process, analysing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.
Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers.
Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service.
Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
Will be required to work with agents in other countries through remote sessions.

Desirable Skills

Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail.
Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external).
Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.
Self- motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.
