Skill Sets
  • Position is responsible for resolving customer issues.
  • Handling Customer Queries (E-mail Support)
  • Respond to any claims submitted by customers.
  • Respond to Customer Emails
  • Facilitate Support Tickets
  • During this process, analysing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.
  • Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers.
  • Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service.
  • Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.
  • Will be required to work with agents in other countries through remote sessions.
Desirable Skills
  • Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail.
  • Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external).
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.
  • Self- motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.
