What’s required:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Typing skills (approx. 40-50 words per minute)
- Entry-level to intermediate experience working with chat and email support
- Comfortable with handling multiple requests
- A passion for helping people
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technical information
- Willingness to work in regularly scheduled, rotating shifts
- Physical presence at the office location

Your responsibilities:
- You’ll provide technical support to more than 2 million customers all over the world by:
- Answering their questions
- Helping them understand Namecheap products and services and know which to select
- Helping them configure our products, so they can start and keep building their internet dreams
