Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support for banking related process in call center.
  • Candidate should be graduated and minimum experience for 3 to 4 years.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations. Energetic and motivating individual.
  • Candidate should be experienced in team leader position for call center.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide an excellent service to customers.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Produce written reports when required to do so.
