Job Description

Responsible for Handling Enquiries through various channels and provide relevant answers to customers through Live Chat, Phone calls, e-mail, WhatsApp messenger etc., regarding products and brand. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to the customer. Assist clients for on-line orders. Responsible for booking and follow-up with factory coordinator until the product gets dispatched. Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry. Responsible for managing the Leads and converting them into Sales. Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
