Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services.
Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer any questions or concerns.
Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up meeting with our sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and share customer feedback.

Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
