Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Telecaller to join our dynamic customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups, surveys, reminders, or promotions.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

Customer Assistance and Issue Resolution:

Listen to customer concerns or issues and provide effective solutions in a polite and professional manner.

Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues and assist customers with finding the best possible solution.

Handle customer complaints with empathy, resolve issues on the spot, or escalate to higher authorities when necessary.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

Update and maintain customer details, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.

Track customer requests and follow up to ensure they are fully resolved.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers.

Stay updated with any changes in product features, pricing, or company services and effectively communicate these updates to customers.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing customers in a manner that benefits the customer.
