Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Telecaller to join our team and act as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or promote services/products.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone to ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution
Record customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
Provide accurate solutions and support to customers within company guidelines.
Ensure follow-up until the customer’s concern is fully resolved.
Sales & Promotion
Pitch relevant products or services during calls as per business needs.
Generate leads and transfer them to the sales team when required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of customer interactions, queries, feedback, and complaints.
Update CRM or call logs with accurate information.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Persuasion skills for outbound sales calls (preferred).
