Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Telecaller. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure their issues are resolved effectively.
Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and customer engagement.
Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating records as required.

Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes.
