Job Overview
A Customer Support Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their concerns.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
2. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling difficult customers.
3. Data Entry & Call Documentation
- Update customer details, interactions, and resolutions in the system.
- Maintain call logs, feedback, and complaint records for future reference.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and issue trends.
4. Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable)
- Identify potential sales opportunities and inform customers about new offers.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
- Encourage customer loyalty by providing excellent service.
