Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make  calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.

  • Answer  calls and address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly and effectively.

  • Maintain customer information in the database accurately.

  • Follow communication scripts where necessary.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Provide detailed feedback to the team leader/manager.

  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with customers.
