Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking processes such as loans, finance, and collections.

Assist customers with inquiries about loan products, finance options, billing issues, payment schedules, and outstanding balances.

Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers while ensuring they understand the terms and conditions associated with their banking services.

Respond to queries about account statuses, loan eligibility, credit limits, repayment schedules, and other related topics.

Loan and Finance Assistance:

Provide assistance to customers regarding loan applications, processing, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Guide customers through loan products and help them understand the repayment structure and options.

Explain interest rates, terms, fees, and other finance-related information clearly to ensure customer understanding.

Collections Management:

For collections processes, contact customers to discuss overdue payments and outstanding balances.

Negotiate payment schedules and work with customers to resolve issues related to delayed or missed payments.

Ensure customers are aware of their payment options and provide solutions to help them resolve their financial issues.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, or concerns regarding the banking services.

Identify customer needs, escalate complex issues when necessary, and ensure the resolution process is communicated effectively.

Provide solutions or direct customers to appropriate departments when additional support is required.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed notes and records of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions provided.

Update and track customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems to ensure proper follow-up and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, privacy regulations, and banking industry standards.

Multilingual Support:

Provide support in different languages (if applicable) to assist a broader range of customers.

Address customer concerns and inquiries in the specified language(s), ensuring clarity and professionalism.
