>Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
>Follow communication 'scripts' When handling calls.
>Describe products to the customers and responds queries and close sales.
>Has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well.
>Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
>Flexibility with rotational shifts.
>Must be flexible to work timings.
>A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
>Basic Knowledge pf computer and Microsoft office applications.
