Need a candidate to work in Night shift, Age is below 26 can only apply this job
Roles & Responsibilities:
i. Identify & assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
ii. Solving Customer queries.
iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
iv. Maintaining quality standards.
v. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
vi. Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
vii. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
viii. Good command in verbal and written English.
ix Excellent communication skills.
x. Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
