1. Any Undergraduates - having 2yrs of relevant BPO voice experience are eligible.
Graduates/PG - having 1yr of BPO voice experience are eligible.
2. Candidate must have excellent vocal communication.
3. Should have basic technical understanding, maintaining cordial customer relationship.
4. Should be able to handle concerns & queries efficiently & provide customer satisfaction.
5. Excellent opportunity to earn incentives.
6. Designation: Customer service representative/ Snr. customer service representative.
Working days: 5 days, 2 week-offs.
