Job Designation : Customer Support Executive
- Process -Blended (Voice, chat & email) –
- A candidate is responsible to take calls along with chat & email.
- Language Competency (Spoken) – English, Hindi with any regional language
- Language Competency (Written) – English
- Shift – 24*7. (Drop only provided during the odd hours)
- 6 Working days, 1 rotational week off.
- Remuneration (Fresher) – 14500 CTC (take home – 11256)
- Remuneration (Experienced) – 18100 CTC (take home – 14256)
- A candidate should have proper credentials to establish 1 year + experience.
- Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience.
