Qualification: Any Graduate -Fresher or Experience / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience in BPO.
Skills Required: Good English Verbal & Written Communication Skills | Good Logical & Analytical Skills.
Job Role Description:
Customer Support for telecom, retail and banking, insurance segment.
Maintain the reports accurate.
Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.
Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.
Job Requisite: Freshers | International BPO Experience.
Job Requirement: Flexible to work in rotational [24]7 shifts | 5 days working with 2 split leaves
