Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide Tier 2 support to customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Ensure 100% issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
- Handle outbound calls as per client requirements
- Perform candidate verifications and recruitment support (fresh/rehires)
- Navigate and assist customers on self-service portals
- Maintain SLA, data quality, and call documentation standards
Required Skills:-
- Good technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, ERP systems, MS Office, and Internet Explorer
- Prior BPO experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Interview Process: Versant (Score 58+), Communication Discussion
Required Competencies:

Excellent Communication: Clear, confident verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

Customer-Centric Approach: Friendly, helpful, and patient with customer concerns.

Active Listening: Ability to understand customer concerns without interrupting and offer appropriate solutions.

Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues during live calls.

Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of using a computer, CRM tools, or ticketing systems.

Multi-tasking: Manage multiple calls and data entry simultaneously with accuracy.

Teamwork: Work closely with peers and managers to ensure smooth operations.
