We are looking for a proactive, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Support Voice to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction.
This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators, empathetic listeners, and natural problem solvers. As a voice support representative, your key goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism, clarity, and patience.
Whether supporting B2C customers or corporate clients, this role is crucial in maintaining trust, improving service delivery, and representing the company’s brand through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Handle high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Understand customer needs, concerns, or inquiries and provide accurate, relevant information.

Respond to questions about products, services, billing, or technical support based on company training and SOPs.

Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution of customer issues on the first call (First Call Resolution – FCR).
Problem Solving and Escalation:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues or complaints effectively.

Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor, following escalation protocols.

Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
Data Entry and Documentation:

Accurately record all customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system or call logs.

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive customer information.
Process Adherence:

Follow standard scripts, call handling procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.

Comply with company policies, call center standards, and applicable regulations such as data protection laws.
Product and Process Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, policies, and process changes through ongoing training.

Provide feedback to management on recurring issues, product concerns, or customer suggestions for service improvement.
Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed KPIs such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Aim for high first-contact resolution rates and positive customer feedback.
