We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our Nuga Best Health Care Center, Kunrathur (Chennai). The role is to handle walk-in customers, explain our free trial concept, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide customers visiting the center.• Explain spinal therapy bed free trials and product benefits.• Answer customer queries politely.• Maintain customer records and feedback.• Support sales team in converting trials into purchases.Requirements:
• Any qualification (graduates preferred).• Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English is an advantage).• Friendly and customer-focused personality.• Freshers can also apply – training will be provided.Salary & Benefits:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).
