role: Trainee Process Consultant – Voice & Process Support (US Client Operations)
Location: Bangalore (On-Site, Night Shifts) Salary:20k Work Shift: Evening/Night Rotational Shifts (Office-based) Work from office2 way cab will be given5days a week
This is your gateway to: Real-time support for US-based operations Global process exposure and corporate discipline Customer-focused technical problem solving Long-term career with global clients Your Responsibilities As a Trainee Process Consultant (PC2), your role will include: Providing voice and ticket-based support to clients in the US domain Handling technical and process queries related to ISP functioning Resolving customer issues through call management tools Understanding and following strict process and quality guidelines Gaining skills in auditing and quality control Collaborating in process improvement initiatives Eligibility Criteria Any Degree Year of Passing - 2024/2025 Strong command over Verbal & Written English Willingness to work Night Shifts (US Timing) Basic technical awareness (ISP, troubleshooting, system handling)
