**Normal to Good English fluency required
Experience required - 6 months to 3 years
Role(s) Open-1. Inside Sales2.Customer Support
Job Role-1. Connect with customers over call and guide suitable packages2. Close previous customer interactions 3. maintain rapport and relations with existing customers4. Use Ticketing tools and escalate customer issues to correct teams 5. Increase revenue for the Organization via lead generation
Minimum 6 months of experience in any voice sales (inside sales) or voice process (customer support) or BPO
Preferred Skills:
Experience in BPO voice process or any Inside Sales role
*Joining Bonus*No Cab facility*Andheri Saki Naka Location*PF and Medical provided*1 round Interview only
