Job: Customer Support (Voice Process)
Location: Work from Home | Contract: 3 Months
Salary: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹18,000 in-hand
Joiners: Immediate preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain call records, and follow 24/7 rotational shifts.
Eligibility:

Graduates (freshers); non-grads with 1+ year voice support experience

Mandatory: Experience letter, relieving letter & last 3 payslips

Fluent in English & Hindi

Comfortable with 6-day work week, rotational week off
