Job Description
- Key skills: Security Operations, Cyber Security
- Oversee the development of new security features of new services and products based on the based on the Bank's goals and objectives
- Analyze and evaluate new online security concepts and determine feasibility and market potential
- Coordinates the research effort by determining market segments and revenue/cost benefits
- Maintain awareness of all SSO authentication change requests and provide EIS and Business leadership with strategic recommendations and reviews based on capabilities of SSO and other e-commerce attributes
- Communicate strategic recommendations about authentication change requests to EIS and LOB management through presentation of proposals, that analyze user groups and customer procedures, pricing cost, internal/external technology, and procedures needed to effect change
- Responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects including: script review, user acceptance, and validation testing
- Manages and coordinates cyber security projects – the development and enhancement of multi-product delivery and accounting systems and between project managers, product managers, users and delivering departments
- Review requests to modify and/or change the design of existing online products in order to maintain adequate online security
- Manage a professional staff of three or more.
- Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in on E-commerce/E-Banking internet delivery project management with a focus Cybersecurity Operations or Information Security
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in running and working within a global, complex, matrix-managed organization
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and matrix management skills
- Demonstrates strong reasoning, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge required of Retail, Small Business, Wealth, Institutional Trust or Commercial Customer Markets Segments as well as of Cash Management Products/Services
