Job Description
Cyber Park, Calicut is a Govt. of Kerala IT Park offering world class infrastructure for IT/ITeS companies. Kerala State IT parks is seeking application for the position of Project Engineer – Electrical for appointment on contract basis or on Deputation Basis .
1. Post: Project Engineer – Electrical
2. No. of Vacancy: 1 No.
3. Period of Contract: 5 years (extendable based on mutual consent).
4. The Preferred Qualification and Experience for the post are as under:
5. Qualification: First class in B.Tech / B.E Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
6. Experience:
i) Minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in a project with a Developer or a Contractor in the following areas is essential:
a) Installation & Maintenance of electrical systems including LT & HT installations in Highrise buildings (commercial /IT)
c) MEP/HVAC design and implementation .
d) Contract Management in site electrification/multi storey buildings.
e) Project Management using computer based applications .
f) Preference to those who have experience in centralized AC/Fire protection system/lifts etc.
g) Candidate shall have good communication skills both in written and spoken English
7. Remuneration: Pay Scale- MS VII (Rs.45800-89000)
8. The employee is eligible for contributory PF, Medical claim reimbursement etc.
