Qualification: BE/ BTech / MCA
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon ( Hybrid Working )
Need immediate joiners. Open for permanent/C2H/C2C Engagement
Require 4+ years relevant experience in end-to-end CRM implementation, configuration and customization, and proven experience delivering comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Need strong hands-on experience in CRM customization including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps, C#, XML, Azure, custom web resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

Implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports.
-
Create solutions to optimize business processes and improve CRM usability.
2. Integration & Customization
-
Integrate D365 CRM with third-party applications, ERP systems, and cloud services.

Develop APIs and Web Services to ensure seamless data exchange.

Customize the CRM system using JavaScript, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Azure services.

Ensure data consistency, synchronization, and integrity across systems.
3. Technical Implementation
-
Work closely with functional consultants to deliver end-to-end CRM implementations.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit technical solutions.

Participate in requirement gathering, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure the CRM solution adheres to industry standards and Microsoft best practices.
4. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

Monitor and optimize CRM performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and integration failures.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide timely solutions.

Suggest and implement enhancements for better user experience.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and configurations.

Prepare deployment manuals, system diagrams, and process flows.

Generate customized reports and dashboards based on business needs.

Ensure all development activities are well-documented and version-controlled.
6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Act as a technical advisor for Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and limitations.

Ensure smooth communication between business users and technical teams.
