Other requirements
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, or related fields
2. Experience of 0-2 years
3. Strong quantitative skills
4. Working knowledge of Stata, MATLAB/R (strongly preferred)
5. Flexible, self-motivating, independent and manages multiple tasks efficiently
6. Attention to detail
