We are hiring a Research and Data Analyst to structure high-quality data for the platform, and support marketing, go-to-market, operations, and financial intelligence.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry ResearchResearch and document:
Industry overview, size, trends, key players
Business models, pricing, revenue flows
Operations workflows & process structures
Financials: cost structures, P&L, cash flow, unit economics
Compliance, taxation & regulatory norms
Technology stack: ERP, CRM, accounting, automation tools
Customer journey, sales funnel & retention models
Key challenges, gaps & automation opportunities
Convert research into structured datasets for AI models
Perform accurate data entry, validation & normalization
Maintain clean, updated industry modules
Coordinate with product & tech teams for data mapping
Analyze competitors’ products, pricing & positioning
Research CAC, lead funnels & acquisition channels
Identify ICPs, buyer personas & industry use cases
Support launch strategy & sales pitch data
Prepare validated datasets for AI training
Track errors & optimize data quality
Create research reports, dashboards & insight summaries
Present actionable inputs to founders & teams
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Marketing or Data
Strong knowledge of:
Business Operations
Financial Fundamentals
Market Research
SaaS Ecosystem
Excellent research, data entry & documentation skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & reporting tools
Experience in SaaS, startups, AI, market research or consulting
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, automation tools & GTM strategy
