Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can work independently as well as with other team members and is passionate about data.
The Data Analyst is responsible for working with internal departments and produce reports/dashboards/visualizations using Business Intelligence (BI) tool, specifically Qlik.
Interact with internal departments to understand their requirements
Create data models
Use tools like Qlik or other BI tools to produce visualizations and reports
Design and execute new solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
Create and maintain design system documentation
Qualifications:2+ years’ experience with the BI tool Proficient in 1 or more BI tools
Strong communication skills
Familiar with data warehousing concepts and constructs
Comfortable with using SQLComfortable with using different data sources and relating them.

Resposibilities:

Analyzing business requirements, facilitating planning and implementation phases of the data mart
Transforming business requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Implementing database designs (physical and logical) to meet requirements.
Designing new database objects such as functions, triggers, indexes, and views in the development environment.
Implementing indexes on tables and views for optimum performance.
Writing custom T-SQL stored procedures and triggers to improve performance and maintain referential integrity.
Creating stored procedures for reporting audit and error information during ETL processes.
Utilizing SSIS packages to extract transform and load data from multiple input sources into the SQL server-staging database.
Implementing exception and error handling techniques within a complex ETL process at control flow and data flow levels.
Implementing the ETL strategy with a multitude of SSIS components such as SCDs, aggregates, lookups, and data conversions.
Utilizing various package configurations for SSIS packages with the help of parameters.
Designing and developing QlikView dashboards.
Integrated data sources and databases with QlikView, and designed and developed data models and backend queries for presenting data.
Developed various reports using SSRS and Excel services for business analysis and decision-making.
Involved in creating and deployment of report models to generate ad-hoc reports in SSRS.
Generated SSRS reports from relational database, relational data warehouse, and OLAP cubes.
