Position Title: Buisnee Analyst

We are looking for an 2-4 years of experienced, talented and passionate Business Analyst and shape our product requirements, specification, functional testing, configuration management and other related process

Key Responsibilities

Define the requirement by decoding current application, document and analyze its vaiability in current situtation/solution
Risk assesment, dependency identification and defining the roadmap for migration from legacy to modern solution
Functional test and ensure that modern solution producing similar or expecetd results
Documentation of results, configuration details etc.
Manage and support existing and under development clients with program manager, account directors etc.
Help developers resolving issues or answering questions related to requirements and client's need
work closely with account directors, program managers

Skills And Qulification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Great presentation and negotiation skills
Proven management and organizational skills
Excellent skills on PL/SQL and good exposure to Java scripting language
knowledge of AWS, data streaming platform
Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
Two or more years of Business Analyst experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, computer science, business administration
Ability to work with customers, product owners.managers in understanding configuratons , requirements and convey the same to the engineering team
Visualization, Machine Learning or Artificial intelligence is helpful.
Experience with Jira, Confluence
