Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Management
-
Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all platforms.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems.
2. Data Analysis & Interpretation
-
Use statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
-
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments.
3. Reporting & Visualization
-
Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Develop clear visualizations to present insights effectively to non-technical teams.
-
Communicate findings and recommendations through data storytelling.
4. Business Insights & Recommendations
-
Translate data analysis into actionable business insights.
-
Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize strategies.
-
Support management in making informed, data-driven decisions.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Present insights to management in a clear and structured manner.
-
Liaise with IT and data engineering teams for database and infrastructure support.
