Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Exploration:
-
Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships within large datasets.

Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data from multiple sources (structured and unstructured) for use in ML models.
-
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) using tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or R.
2. AI & Machine Learning Implementation:
-
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, NLP, etc.).

Work on supervised and unsupervised learning techniques using libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks.

Assist in feature engineering, model training, testing, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting:

Translate complex data findings into understandable visualizations and dashboards for business users using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Develop performance metrics and KPIs to track model and business performance.

Present analytical findings and model outcomes to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Projects:

Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, marketing, and operations to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Support the deployment of AI/ML solutions into production systems and monitor model performance over time.

Engage in ongoing learning and application of new ML algorithms and technologies to improve model performance and analytical capabilities.
5. Data Governance & Ethics:

Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards in all AI/ML initiatives.

Evaluate bias, fairness, and ethical considerations in data models.

Maintain data quality and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
