Department & Functional Area : Real Estate Valuations
Position (New / Replacement) : New
Type (Permanent / Contract) :Permanent
Expected Joining Date: Earliest possible
Job Location :R S Puram, Coimbatore 
Reporting To :Team Leader 
Proposed CTC :1.8 Lakhs / Annum (Candidates with relevant experience will be compensated higher) and after 6 months the salary package would be 2.4 LPA (As per the performance)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Planning / Commerce (CGPI > 7.0 only).
Essential / Pre-Requisite: Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.
Preferred Background / Skills: 
 Background in consulting firm / corporate valuations is ideal. Ability to read engineering drawings, understanding of financial Modelling and excel, good presentation skills and appreciate building bylaws / masterplans.
Job Description: Undertaking Valuation Assignments. Site inspections & collection of primary data. Secondary research and Data Analysis. Preparation of reports and handling client queries. Any other task assigned including data base management, business development, CRM etc.,
Office Timings (Monday-Saturday)10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (with full flexibility & willingness to travel which is vital in the role.)
