We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Preparation

Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies, outliers, or trends that need further investigation.

Develop and maintain databases, data pipelines, and data models for efficient reporting.
2. Data Analysis and Interpretation

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that help solve business problems.

Use statistical methods and tools to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business metrics.

Create and manage analytical reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).

Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by different business units to inform decision-making.

Support the development of data-driven strategies to optimize business operations and increase efficiency.
3. Reporting and Data Visualization

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Present data-driven insights in a clear and actionable format for senior management, business teams, and external clients.

Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to deliver visual reports that provide both high-level overviews and detailed analysis.

Monitor and track KPIs, providing recommendations based on analysis of data trends.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with different departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and support their objectives.

Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders who may not have a technical background.

Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to improve data collection processes and develop new data sources or methods.

Assist in developing strategies based on analysis to improve performance across departments.
5. Data Governance and Compliance

Ensure that all data is handled in compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Establish data governance processes to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data.

Help establish and enforce best practices for data quality, data standards, and business rules across the organization.
