Job Description
Designation: Data Analyst
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to simultaneously see the big picture as well as pay attention to the minutiae
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Adobe Analytics, specifically Analysis Workspace will be preferred.
- Comfortable with interpreting a data schema, querying data using SQL, and performing data validation.
- Experience to visualize data sets in tools like Tableau /Power BI /Looker and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Quick learner who can solve problems, is self-motivated and takes ownership of his/her work.
- Work closely with Product, Business and engineering teams to define measurement strategies and translating those strategies into tracking and reporting configurations
- Find workable solution in case of data inconsistency and inconclusive data Formulate, execute, and report on A/B test strategies for existing and new features for constant optimisation of our products.
- Ability to run multivariate tests, or multiple tests in parallel, would be important. Ability to infer and make recommendations from all such tests would be important too.
- Create ongoing analysis plans to deep-dive into large datasets related to the defined metrics/KPIs, and execute those plans using appropriate tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics would be preferable skillset
- Help standardise definitions of metrics/KPIs across different businesses Identify and verify data sources to build the above data products for existing and new product features, and work with engineering stakeholders across the organisation to help with development and integration efforts.
