Job Description
About the Role:
Candidates need to work majorly on offshore projects (mainly US-based) which requires collaboration and understanding the requirements of clients apart from the technical skills. We believe in learning by doing, there might be many skills that need to be developed or improved for the standard of the work to meet, in that case, candidates will be encouraged to learn these skills on the job. The job requires open to learn and will do attitude.
Role and Responsibilities:
Clients will debrief candidates about the problem/ coding specification, candidates need to understand them and deliver the project after completion.
Skills Required:
Data analysis, Python (must), other
coding languages, web development, and MS excel
Compensation:
For the first 3 months of the training period, a remuneration of Rs 10,000/ per month will be paid. After completing training successfully for the next 3 months, on probation Rs 20,000/ per month will be paid. A CTC of 3.6 to 4.6 LPA will be given to employees based on their performance.
