About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain customer care chatbots think Amazon customer care
2. Develop new analytics, metrics, and reports to provide insightful recommendations to operation, customer care, and social media team
3. Build customer care chatbots and update/maintain them
4. Work on simple HTML/coding updates on websites
5. Install and review applications for enterprise use
6. Build templates/reports for operations/social media and finance
7. Present reports for management and suggesting areas for improvement
