Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute multiple client engagements as part of a team
2. Manage and analyze large datasets and generate business insights
3. Build expertise in various client offerings across multiple sectors
4. Contribute to the internal learning and mentorship programs
5. Generate MIS, analytics & trackers for income, collection, payments, reconciliation of reimbursements received & paid, raising of invoices, etc.
6. Follow-up with clients for payments, reconciliation of claims/invoices of vendors, associates, and employees
7. Make BD proposals
Note: Prashaste Consultants form the epicenter of our dynamic organization. They find and analyze critical information, diagnose client issues, and lead client teams in implementing change & setting benchmarks. In short, life as a consultant is most exciting at our organization.
The internship will be for a period of 6 months. Those who successfully complete the internship and achieve their target milestones will be absorbed on rolls as consultants'.

Other requirements
1. Must be a graduate (any specialization) from a top tier institution
2. Must have 1-3 years of analytics experience
3. Candidates having experience in consulting would be preferred
4. Must have a strong aptitude for data management & interpretation
5. Must have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
6. Must have good communication & interpersonal skills
7. Must have expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
