Job Description

As a Data Analytics Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to collect, analyze, and interpret raw data to inform decision-making and improve organizational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis while contributing to key initiatives aimed at enhancing business process operations, employee engagement, optimizing workforce management, and streamlining administrative processes. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing raw administrative data from various sources, including collections process, employee databases, performance metrics, and operational records.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using tools such as Power Bi, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or similar.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data structures and databases.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Prior experience in HR analytics, data analysis, statistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
