• The Data Analytics Specialist ensures that call tracking best practice is implemented for our customers. 
  
• The specialist proactively helping our customers and agencies towards deriving the most value from call tracking data within marketing campaigns and within marketing systems. 
  

• Ensuring customers and agencies implement call tracking best practice
  
• Helping marketing teams within those customers to implement call tracking best practice by:
  
• Integrate  data into their marketing stack
  
• Get the most value from call tracking data in applications such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Marketo, DoubleClick, Salesforce, etc.
  
• Use call tracking data to optimize their websites to generate more leads and more sales
  
• Use call tracking data to calculate Cost Per Lead and Cost Per Acquisition
  
• Use call tracking data to optimize marketing campaigns 
  
• Using customers data to tell a story and creating an insight report
  

• Good work experience in the digital marketing space
  
• Ability to develop management reports in a clear and insightful format, specifically telling story from a large data set
  
• Analytical skills and understanding of campaign measurement/attribution techniques
  
• Solid, practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, tag managers, Salesforce
  
• Ability to build key relationships with agencies and marketing teams.
