JOB DESCRIPTION 

We seek someone who can support the research, monitoring, and evaluation team with data-related activities. 

• Clean datasets to prepare for analysis for health research. Data manipulation using tools such  as Excel/Google spreadsheet, R, Rstudio, or Python 

• Develop technical tools and data infrastructure for successful continuous quality monitoring. Streamline data collection process from survey CTO as well as other sources

• Conduct literature reviews on relevant health topics as it relates to current or upcoming
  research projects 

• Partner with the rest of the functional teams including design, implementation, research,
  and partnerships

• Develop frameworks for effective communication of monitored outputs including dashboards, reports, and presentations

• Conduct data visualization and draw insights from data using tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau or Power BI etc.

• Establish and maintain databases for research data (separate from monitoring data)

EXPECTATIONS  

• Experience of at least 1-2 years in roles which includes monitoring and/or evaluation, quality improvement, outputs analysis

• Work experience with quantitative data analysis within the health sector   

• Excellent documentation and report writing skills in English

• Proficiency in Hindi and/or any other Indian language spoken in the subcontinent is required is required

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work seamlessly as part of a diverse team including designers, analysts, and educators from India and overseas
