Position overview:

• A Data Associate is required to support our Machine Learning team by collecting data at the field level, classifying images, annotating data, providing feedback to improve processing tools and new features and data management.
• In addition to daily responsibilities, a Data Associate is expected to keep up-to-date with company developments and have a good understanding of our product.

• In order to be successful as a Data Associate at TartanSense, you should have the ability to: 
• juggle between working independently at the field level whilst coordinating with the Product Development Lead, as well as out of our Corporate office as a part of a fast-paced team
• handle unique data requests and tasks, with changing conventions
• implement feedback, learn quickly, and contribute new ideas 
• deliver high quality data under deadlines
• travel between field locations and the Corporate office as and when there is a requirement
• maintain strict confidentiality and following all applicable company policies for securing confidential information
• Display general concern for the well-being of people and the desire to work on problems that maximize a positive future for the farming community
• Qualifications: A degree in BSc/ BTech Agriculture
• Basic Computer Skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Prior work experience in data annotation is an added bonus
