Job Description
The role is responsible for Master Data management activities. Data associates will support to data executives to complete daily tasks and day to day requests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluation and maintenance of product safety relevant data in ERP systems (Evaluation, maintaining and archiving of the product safety relevant data).
- Maintain data quality & integrity within ERP system (AX 2012) to ensure that information in AX reflect the most current health, safety, environmental, and regulatory information available.
- Follow the work instruction and checklist during for Master data management activities.
- Maintain internal data asset library on daily basis.
- Ensure activity records are maintained as per defined formats.
- University Degree (Equivalent to MasterâÂÂs degree) in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience related scientific discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
